Q: How can I track my delivery?

A: Please kindly write me on romana@thesmallartproject.com. Include your e-mail and order number, I will get back to you ASAP.

Q: Can I cancel my order?

A: Everyone makes a mistake, write me and we can try to correct it. Depending on the status and payment of your order we will figure a way out.

Q: Where is my order?

A: Once we ship your order you will receive a tracking number by email. If you need any help please don't hesitate to ask me and we will try to track your order down. 

Q: What if my product arrived damaged?

A: First of all, apologies for that, sometimes mailmen or mail women aren't as careful as we'd like them to be.

Please write me a an email on romana@thesmallartproject.com, with your order number and a picture of the damaged goods. I'll do my best to solve your problem ASAP.
